Sdeed Health

Better health for older adults, clearer decisions for families

Your parents' care, organised in one place for the whole family

The app hasn't launched yet, and it's currently in Arabic. Register your interest and we'll tell you first.

When care is scattered

Care details end up in too many places

The medicine name is in a group chat, the hospital appointment is on a scrap of paper, and the last blood pressure reading lives in one sibling's memory. Nobody is failing; it's just that nobody has the full picture.

  • Messages scattered across group chats
  • Notes on paper and on different phones
  • Details only one person remembers

Sdeed Health brings these details into one place that everyone sharing the care can see.

Growing older together, getting ready together

As Saudi Arabia’s population changes, it matters more and more that families share the work of organising care for older relatives.

What you can do today

Everything Sdeed Health does now

Everything here works in the app today, shown with real screenshots.

The file

Your parent's health details, kept in one tidy file.

01Medical file

One medical file instead of scattered papers

Record your parent's conditions, allergies and warnings, and key details such as blood group and the care lead, in one file the relatives you invite can refer to.

02Current medications

Know when a medicine will run out, before it does

Add your parent's medicine by photographing the box or typing the details in. The app works out when the box will run out from the quantity and how many times a day it's taken, and doesn't keep the photo once it's been read.

Add a medicine: name, dispensing date, quantity in the box and times a day, noting that the app works out when it runs out
03Health readings

Log readings and keep track in one place

Log blood pressure, sugar and weight readings with the date and time of each one, so they stay organised in your parent's file and the family can see them.

05Family participation

Invite the people who care with you

Enter the mobile number of someone who shares the care, choose their relationship from nine options, and send the invitation. It gives no access to the file until it's accepted, and you can remove anyone at any time.

06Appointments

Record the appointment, and let the family sort the rest

Record the hospital, clinic, doctor, date and time. The appointment appears on the family board, so everyone can agree who goes along and sort out the trip.

07Community

You're not alone in this

A community for people caring for a parent, where you can ask and share experiences with other families, under your real name or an alias.

Family decisions

When the family needs to decide together

Put a question to the family, such as changing the follow-up hospital, and everyone votes yes or no. The vote is shared and advisory; the final decision stays with the care lead.

  • Write the question or pick a suggestion
  • Family members vote yes or no
  • The care lead makes the final decision

Who it's for

For you, and for your parents

When you're organising a parent's care with your siblings

  • One medical file that the relatives you invite can see
  • Current medications, with when each box runs out
  • Appointments and tasks visible to everyone on the family board
  • Family decisions put to a vote, with the final say for the care lead

Privacy

Your information is yours, and you decide who sees it

Three things the app does today, as shown on its own screens:

  • The box photo isn't kept

The app reads the details from the medicine box photo for you to check, then doesn't keep the photo.

  • An alias in the community

Choose to appear with your real name or an alias. With an alias, your real name and number stay hidden.

  • Nothing shared with community members

Your mobile number and account details aren't shared with community members.

What Sdeed Health does not do

Sdeed Health is a platform for organising and sharing care. It isn't a substitute for a doctor.

  • It doesn't diagnose health conditions
  • It doesn't prescribe treatment or change doses
  • It doesn't book hospital or clinic appointments
  • It doesn't dispense medication
  • It doesn't replace your doctor's advice
